Brighter Future

On every new year ever we are making wishes for the year to come, we dream of a series of some extraordinary minutes that will shape our worldview for the upcoming year!
On every new year ever we are making wishes for the year to come, we imagine a more indipendent self, a more structured world, an easier way of living.
But when is the time for some actions? In fact, now.

We use to think all the past moments that made us feel sure-full-proud-cool and all these emotions that last for some lucky minutes! And then what?
Again in the race against the time and the routine of everyday life, again in the same race against the stereotypical thoughts and the people that made us cry, laugh, jump etc etc.

What about actions? What about happiness?
I remembered my lovely Lennon who was there to say loud and proud "Stop the War" (with this shity Yoko Ono :S). After that I remembered this ad in the Greek TV where a couple leave a young girl spend unforgettable and cruel momemnts in her home while they hear the domestic violence from the floor above!
So, give it away now!!!!

A very nice excersise that I read in a friend's blog is the below:
Get a big paper, create 12 columns, on the top of each one write a month. Think of the last year and write down things you did last year (you can check your mails, calendar, emails, mobile phones, etc in order to remeber the most things possible). Then draw a line showing how good or not that good your mood was last year on each month.

Stop dreaming of a year similar to the best year that you have already lived because you don't give the space to new unexpected  moments to come!
The secret is where you forgot to search ;)
The feeling of the uncomplete will smoothly leave if the people that will continue your own dreams are there to make you feel proud and safe for your past, if you are sure for your past it will be much more easier to accept that the good times have passed and it's up to you to create a brighter future!

"P.S. I believe you!"
